The Cherry Orchard

Students

Theatre Arts have ~180 undergraduate majors and 50 graduate students in the department, with many other students also taking our classes and participating in our productions.  With ~25 productions each year, there are hundreds of acting opportunities and many options for students who want to work behind the scenes (as a designer, stage manager, board op, run crew or in the shops).

Theatre Arts at Iowa is big enough to have something going on all the time, yet small enough so people really get to know one another.
