Anne Marie is an assistant professor of voice and speech and an Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework. In addition to teaching, Anne Marie has worked as an actress, vocal/dialect coach and voiceover artist.  Some of the theaters she has worked at include: Playwrights Horizons, Ensemble Studio Theater, Contemporary American Theater Festival, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Denver Center Theatre Company, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, and Shakespeare Orange County. Anne Marie has also appeared on television shows including: Law & Order, Life on Mars, Untitled Even and Garth Project, Guiding Light, As the World Turns, and One Life to Live.  She is a resident company member of aMios Theater Company (NYC), and has devised and performed movement-based work with companies such as Fight or Flight: a low-flying trapeze company, Anne Bogart’s SITI Company, and The Beggars Group NYC (founding member).

Prior to her arrival in Iowa, Anne Marie taught voice/speech, acting and other theater related courses at Marymount Manhattan College, Shepherd University (WV), Kingsborough Community College (NYC), Two River Theater (NJ), and The Denver Center for Performing Arts (CO).

Anne Marie's professional associations include Actors Equity Association (AEA), Screen Actors Guild (SAG), American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA), Association for Theatre Movement Educators (ATME), Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE)
