Global Express is a collaboration between the University of Iowa Department of Theatre Arts and the International Writing Program, where students perform a marathon of fast-paced, entertaining stage readings of literary works by Fall Residents.
Global Express, now in its 17th year, offers an exceptional peek into literary works by contemporary writers from around the world, and gives international writers the unique opportunity to see their work performed by students from the UI Department of Theatre Arts and local community members before an American audience. All writers will be present at the performance.
