Doxxed
A troubling email is sent to a student of a Catholic prep school in Iowa City from the school’s soccer coach, Don Keynard, who insists his email account has been hacked. Lizzy, a St. Eustace alumna, is back in Iowa and working at a Best Buy, despite having been recruited to a Division I college team last year. Father Jeff, the headmaster, finds himself inexplicably attracted to Carol, Don’s wife, who has begun to suspect her husband’s infidelity. And Klax5000, Lizzy’s coworker and a self-proclaimed ‘cyborg,’ is writing a manifesto decrying humankind’s frailty, but desperately seeks Lizzy’s affection. As these characters’ lives are sent spinning out of control they are forced to examine: is it possible to really know the people you know? Is it even possible to know yourself?
This production contains adult language and themes.
