A young girl comes to serve at a castle presided over by a baroness with a mysterious affliction, entering a world of singing flowers and moonlit monsters.
Perils of the Flowerbed is a Gothic exploration of queer desire and unreal bodies, of monstrosity, and the frightening inescapability of family ties.
This production contains violence and adult themes.

Ticket Information
Iowa New Play Festival readings are free and open to the public. However, you must obtain a ticket and seating is limited. Tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes prior to each reading or during Festival Box Office hours on Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
