I'm Writing to You Today is an environmental audio experience that will lead you through campus in the footsteps of our queer ancestors. Listeners will be able to go alone or in pairs to reimagine campus as the backdrop for historical queer love letters. This outdoor experience will begin at the University of Iowa Theatre Building (200 N. Riverside Drive, Iowa City, Iowa) and will last approximately one hour. Kicking Off Hispanic Heritage Month, JOIN US for “Estamos Aquí: An All-Latin Celebration.” With inspiration from Borderless’ “An All-Black Affair,” Estamos Aquí is a student-organized artistic showcase designed to celebrate Latin culture, art, and community. At the same time, providing a safe, fun, and interactive space for Latin students to explore what it means to be aquí at the University of Iowa.

Borderless presents An All-Black Affair: Soulful Celebration

An All-Black Affair is a student-run event that showcases the artistic talents of Black and African students and folks in the greater Iowa City community. This year the event is titled Soulful Celebration. The theme is inspired by the legendary television series Soul Train so please come dressed to impress in your best 70's wear!
