Robert Durham is the scene shop supervisor.  He received his MFA in Scenic design from the University of Georgia.

From there, Rob has served as technical director for New American Theater in Rockford, IL, Stages St. Louis in St. Louis, MO and Construction Coordinator for New Dominion Pictures, a television studio producing for Discovery Channel in Virginia.  Rob also spent several years working at Virginia Scenic, a production house building national and international touring shows.

In 2005, he went to China with Warner Brothers Theatrical ventures as master carpenter to mount the world premiere of Casablanca the Dance with the LA Dance Theater.

For the last 8 years, Rob took a break from building scenery to focus on cabinetry and furniture.  He has built furniture for the Biltmore Estate, Sierra Nevada Brewery and Tupelo honey café.  He has managed a large volume cabinet shop and had his own work featured in gallery shows in Asheville, NC.
